Marc Elvinger, the head of our Corporate practice, specialises in corporate law (including private and public M&A, corporate restructurings, etc.) with a particular focus on international structures particularly in the field of private equity and real estate. He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2001. After practicing for 16 years with the largest Luxembourg independent law firm, including 7 years as a partner, he joined Hogan Lovells as corporate partner of the Luxembourg office in 2017. Marc sporadically makes presentations at seminars and is member of the drafting committee of the Bulletin d'Information de Jurisprudences. Marc is a member of LPEA and also a member and former chairman of the Luxembourg Young Bar Association (Conférence du Jeune Barreau de Luxembourg).
